Repeat prescriptions
You can request repeat prescriptions 24 hours a day through the patient portal UwZorgOnline.
You can also request repeat prescriptions by calling the practice and choosing option 2. This telephone service is available 24 hours a day.
After your prescription has been approved by a doctor, your medication will usually be available at your pharmacy on the next working day.
Practice assistants
In addition to making appointments, you can also contact the practice assistants for:
- First-aid
- Injections
- Blood-pressure checks
- Cervical screening (smear tests)
- Ear irrigation
- Wart treatment with liquid nitrogen
- Removal of stitches
Practice nurses
The practice employs practice nurses (POH). They are specially trained healthcare professionals who provide care and support for patients with chronic conditions and other health concerns, including:

The practice nurse works closely with your GP. Appointments with the practice nurse can be made through the practice assistant.
